Find a retail store
Contact us with your location and we’ll find the store nearest you.

Open an account
If you are an interior designer with a resale certificate or a retail store you can apply for an account with us. When you login you’ll see list pricing, product specs, availability and lead times. Apply here.

Pricing and discounts
All pricing shown on the website is list (retail). Upon trade verification we will email you with your discount level.

Price list
All of our pricing is visible when you login to your approved trade account.

Payment
For an order to be confirmed we require a 50% deposit. The remaining payment will be requested when items are ready to be shipped. Payments can be made via check or credit card.

Shipping and handling
Shipping costs are not included in the price. You will be billed 3rd party. On average (depending on distance/size) the cost of shipping will be an additional 10 -20%. All shipments are made from North Carolina. We use a common carrier but white glove delivery can be arranged on request. Download full details.

Packaging fees
A 10% packaging fee will be applied to all orders under $300. A 5% packaging fee will be applied to all orders that have only pottery or accessories that are above the $300 minimum.

Large projects and containers
If you are looking for large quantities of products for projects like hotels or store openings we offer direct containers to many different countries. Contact us for details.

Exclusive distribution
If you are a retail store and maintain a yearly minimum order you may be eligible for exclusivity in your region. Contact us for details.

Sourcing & custom pieces
If you see an antique that you like, but it’s already sold, let us know and we’ll see if we can find something similar to suit your needs. Additionally, we can work with you to create custom sized production pieces such as tables, buffets and cocktail tables. These types of requests will require a minimum of 12-16 weeks to fulfil and are subject to availability.

Upholstery
Contact us if you would like custom fitted cushions for day beds or benches. COM is available.

Concrete
We craft our own custom concrete tops here in North Carolina. They’re available in variety of sizes and finishes upon request. (Concrete is currently only available in the US and Canada).

Care and maintenance
Our reclaimed elm and concrete items may require special care to maintain their finishes. View details here.

Refunds, order changes and cancellations
Changing your order is possible provided there is sufficient time to cancel the piece before it is in production.

To return an item there is a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for freight charges.

In the unlikely event of a defective item or damage during shipping we will do everything possible to repair the item, issue a replacement or refund. Review our Terms & Conditions.
